According to an official on Friday, the Thane city police in Maharashtra have opened a complaint after a lady claimed that her sister’s husband and another man abducted her 18-month-old baby.

The official used the first information report (FIR) to state that domestic disputes had caused the complainant’s sister and her husband, Sharvar Ali, to be separated. Ali had recently questioned the complainant about his wife’s whereabouts. After the complainant withheld any information about his wife, he returned. The complainant said that on Wednesday, Ali and a second guy broke into her Kalwa house and kidnapped her son as a way to get even. According to a representative of the Kalwa police station, the mother of the child filed a complaint, leading to the registration of a case against the two accused. He added that no one has been arrested yet.
