Assault Within Delhi’s Tihar Prison Kills Criminal Lawrence Bishnoi’s Aide

According to authorities, a rival gang member attacked a Lawrence Bishnoi associate inside Tihar Prison on Friday night, killing him.

According to reports, Prince Tewatia, 30, was detained at central prison number 3.

A quarrel between Prince Tewatia and Attatur Rehman, two inmates from different gangs, broke out at approximately 530 p.m. today, according to a prison official.

Tewatia was previously engaged in 16 criminal cases, including murder and attempted murder, authorities said.

Tewatia was detained by the Delhi Police Crime Branch in December 2022 for his role in a carjacking crime that occurred in the nation’s capital. They said that his first arrest was for a murder case in 2010.
