Prime Minister Narendra Modi was called ‘illiterate’ by Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Now the difficulties of Delhi CM (Arvind Kejriwal) have increased on this matter. Complaint letter has been filed against Arvind Kejriwal in Patna court. Sections 332, 500 and 505 of the IPC have been invoked in the complaint letter filed with the Chief Judicial Magistrate. The next hearing on this will be on May 25. Many other cases are also registered against Arvind Kejriwal for calling Prime Minister Modi illiterate.

Patna High Court advocate Ravi Bhushan Prasad Verma has filed the complaint letter. It states that on May 19, Arvind Kenjriwal in his tweet called the Prime Minister the defamatory word ‘illiterate’. Even before this, the accused has used such words many times against the top politician.

It has been told in the court that the information about the educational qualification of Prime Minister Modi is present in the nomination paper for the election. The relevant certificates are also available on the University website. The complainant said that crores of Indians have been hurt by the objectionable words against the Prime Minister. He is the elected representative of the people of India. The sentiments of such people have been hurt.

In fact, on May 19, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal criticized the demonetisation of Rs 2000 notes. Regarding this, he had tweeted that ‘first said that corruption will stop by bringing 2000 note. Now they are saying that corruption will end by banning the 2000 note. That’s why we say, PM should be educated. Anyone can say anything to an illiterate PM. He doesn’t understand. The public has to suffer.
