In the Chhatarpur area of Madhya Pradesh, a Dalit man claimed that a guy from another caste spread human excrement on his face and body after the latter unintentionally touched him with grease.

According to the allegation, the accused has been arrested, a police spokesman stated on Saturday.

Following the release of the video on social media, the incident of a guy peeing on a tribal teenager in MP’s Sidhi district has sparked indignation on a massive scale.

In relation to the Chhatarpur incident, a charge has been filed against the accused Ramkripal Patel, a member of the OBC group, under many sections of the Indian Penal Code, a police official informed PTI on Saturday night.

He said that the victim, Dashrath Ahirwar, went to the police on Saturday.

Ahirwar said the event happened on Friday as he was working to build a drain for the Panchayat in the hamlet of Bikaura, which is located approximately 35 kilometers from the Chhatarpur district administrative center.

He said that Ramkripal Patel, the accused, was taking a bath at a nearby hand pump.

According to Ahirwar, he accidentally touched Patel with the grease he was using for the construction job.

Speaking to reporters at the Maharajpur police station, Patel alleged that after that, he brought human feces that were nearby in a cup he was using for bathing and smeared it all over my body, including my head and face.

On the basis of caste, he said Patel had mistreated him.

“I informed the panchayat about the situation and scheduled a meeting. Instead, the panchayat fined me Rs 600 on Friday, according to Ahirwar.

When asked why he didn’t report the incident to the police on Friday, Ahirwar said he was unable to have left the job in the middle of it.

Sub Divisional Officer of Police (SDOP) Manmohan Singh Baghel stated that Ramkripal Patel was the subject of a case under sections 294 (punishment for obscene acts or words in public) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) as well as the Scheduled Castes and Schedule Tribes (prevention of atrocities) Act.

When Ahirwar was working with other people, according to Baghel, they were making jokes with Patel, who was swimming close by.

As they playedfully threw objects at one another, Ahirwar greased Patel’s hand. Patel then took human waste in his palm and flung it on Ahirwar’s back, the policeman said.

Ahirwar made a complaint to the police on Saturday, according to Baghel.

When asked about Ahirwar’s assertion about the Panchayat, Baghel said that he lacked any knowledge.

According to the police, the victim and the accused are both in their 40s to 45s.
