The incidents of crime have suddenly increased in Delhi these days. Not even a week has passed since the Shahbad Dairy murder case, another incident happened. This time the miscreants have made Delhi Police personnel their victims. It is relief that, the policeman only got hurt, it is not serious. These incidents have raised big questions about the security system in the country’s capital.
According to the information, the incident is of Motinagar police station area. Here ASI Vikram Singh Zakhira was posted on his duty under the flyover. During this he saw a suspicious person. ASI stopped him showing readiness and started searching him. Meanwhile, the miscreant took out a knife and attacked Vikram Singh. During this, the ASI tried to save himself but by then his right hand was injured by the knife.
After attacking the right hand of the ASI, the miscreant fled from there. Soon after the attack, ASI Vikram has been taken to the hospital and is undergoing treatment. Police has registered an FIR in this matter under IPC section 186/353/307. The accused has been identified and teams have been formed to nab the accused. According to the information, the condition of Vikram Singh remains stable but the attack on the policeman like this has raised many questions.
