Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet against BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh in Rouse Avenue Court. This charge sheet has been filed in the case of sexual harassment. Based on the FIR lodged on behalf of the wrestlers, the Delhi Police conducted its investigation and filed a charge sheet against the accused Brijbhushan Sharan Singh under sections 354, 354A, 354D of the IPC.

Singh was accused of sexual harassment by a minor female wrestler after which the Delhi Police registered a case and started investigating the matter. The family of the minor wrestler had withdrawn their case but the wrestler is adamant on the arrest of Brij Bhushan Singh.
Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, who was the head of the Wrestling Federation of India, was accused of sexual exploitation by many female wrestlers. Based on these allegations, the Delhi Police registered a case against him and started an investigation. Although Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh has been continuously saying that he is being made a victim of politics. Congress is targeting wrestlers by keeping guns on their shoulders. He said, “Congress is sitting on my Kundli. Whatever problem I face, Congress is behind it.”
Wrestlers Protest at Jantar Mantar

The wrestlers demanded strict action against Brij Bhushan. After about 5 months, the Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet in this case today. On the other hand, wrestlers demand nothing less than Brij Bhushan’s arrest.
