Fraud in the name of buying gold cheaply

After a few days, this fraudster told the victim that he wanted to sell the gold that the department had given him as a reward. Kare wanted to buy it because the fraudster wanted to sell it at a cheaper rate. The victim was told Rs 3.5 lakh for 9 tola gold and she agreed to the deal. Kare transferred the money to Narde’s bank account on April 11. After the money was transferred, the fraudster started to avoid the victim.

The victim is the wife of a police officer

Kare kept calling him but Narde did not answer. After this she realized that she had been cheated. The victim approached the MRA Marg police station and registered a case under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code. Police sources said that the complainant’s husband is working as a police sub-inspector in the Mumbai Police.

The gang was busted a few months ago

Let us tell you that a few months ago, the cyber cell of Mumbai Police in Maharashtra had arrested such a thug, who used to extort money from people by posing as a CBI officer. These people used to target those people who had ordered some goods online. These thugs would call the customers posing as CBI officers. Then say that narcotics like charas, ganja, heroin have been found in your parcel. That’s why we are going to file a case against you. Then they were told that the matter could be settled by paying money. People would have given him money considering him as a real CBI officer. So that there is no case against them.
