The highly popular Grand Theft Auto series’ producer, Rockstar Games, has revealed that the trailer for the next game in the series—possibly dubbed GTA 6—will be released in December of next year.

Take-Two Interactive’s Rockstar Games is celebrating its 25th anniversary at the same time as the release of this clip.

“We are thrilled to announce that the first trailer for the next Grand Theft Auto will be released in early December. On X, Rockstar announced and verified, “We look forward to many more years of sharing these experiences with all of you.” (previously Twitter).

This comes after a Bloomberg story said that Rockstar is expected to reveal GTA 6 this week, followed by the release of a teaser. Despite the fact that the developer has not released any pictures or gameplay information, players will finally see the trailer next month, which should address the most of their concerns.

GTA 6: Up Until This Point

Although it’s unclear now if GTA 6 will be the game’s working title, Rockstar has previously used titles like “San Andreas” and “Vice City,” which are made-up names for imaginary cities that the company has patterned after actual locations like Miami and California.

There were significant leaks last year in the shape of many gameplay videos with the two main characters. Indeed, this might be the first time in the franchise’s history that a female and a male protagonist appear in the same game. The location of the game seems to be Vice City, as indicated by the leaks. Subsequently, Rockstar issued a statement denouncing the leak, therefore confirming the authenticity of the information.

Furthermore, throughout the last several years, there have been speculations indicating that NPCs have dynamic and rich speech. Additionally, the next game could have improved in-car mechanics, heists, and animations. Having said that, we anticipate more clarity when the trailer is released next month.
