In The March Quarter, Sansera Engineering’s Net Revenue Fell By 5% To Rs 35 Billion

On Tuesday, Sansera Engineering reported a 5% decline in its quarterly consolidated net profit to Rs 35.42 crore.
According to a business release, the firm’s combined net profit for the three months ending March 31, 2022, was Rs 37.36 crore.
From Rs 580.82 crore in the corresponding quarter a year before, total income grew to Rs 623.04 crore in the under review quarter.
However, the combined net profit increased 12% to Rs 148.34 crore in the fiscal 2022–23 from Rs 131.89 crore in the same period in 2021–22.
From Rs 2,004.53 crore in 2021–2022, the total income increased to Rs 2,356.11 crore in the fiscal year that concluded on March 31.
For FY’23, the board of directors has proposed a dividend equal to 125 percent of the Rs 2.50 face value per equity share.
“With a topline of Rs 23,561 million and 16.8% EBITDA, we ended another year with our best-ever performance. As we begin the new fiscal year with a strong order book worth Rs 13,279 million, the trend is anticipated to continue, according to B R Preetham, group CEO of Sansera Engineering.
In the future, “we expect an even better FY’24 as our end markets, both auto and non-auto, are showing signs of strong growth in India and overseas,” Preetham said.
After subtracting orders that were put into mass production in FY23, the company’s order book with annual peak revenues was around Rs 1,330 crore.
On March 23, it had a net debt balance of Rs 650.5 crore.
