Indian Junior Women’s Hockey Team Shares Victory In Germany’s 4 Nations Tournament With England

At the 4 Nations Tournament in Dusseldorf, Germany, on Sunday, the Indian junior women’s hockey team battled back to tie 3-3 with England.

For India, goals were scored by Hina Bano, Mumtaz Khan, and Rutuja Dadaso Pisal.

Huray Le Alexander Beth scored one goal and Martha scored two for the English ladies.

In the fourth minute of the game, Martha scored a field goal to give England a solid start.

India, on the other hand, immediately countered with an equalizer thanks to a field goal by Hina.

After converting a penalty corner, Beth increased England’s advantage.

England was in the lead 2-1 after the first period.

India upped the frequency of their attempts in an effort to tie the game, but England strengthened their advantage thanks to another goal by Martha.

At the break, England had a 3-1 advantage. The third quarter saw no goals scored.

India started making offensive plays in the fourth quarter to make up the gap.

Rutuja’s excellent field goal allowed India to into the contest. The Indian squad put pressure on England.

After successfully converting a penalty corner, Mumtaz scored to tie the score at 3-3.

Spain will play India on August 22.
