A horrible incident has come to light from Nagpur district of Maharashtra. Three people were killed when a speeding car rammed into a parked container truck here on Sunday evening. Six people were injured in this accident. Police said, the accident took place on Sunday evening on the Ramtek-Bhandara road under Aroli police station area, 60 km from here.
Investigation has revealed that the accident happened due to the negligence of the truck driver. Here the truck driver had parked the vehicle without putting any sign on the road. At the same time, due to lack of signal, a car coming from behind rammed into the truck.
The collision was so severe that the front part of the car was badly damaged, the official said. Due to this, nine people in the car including five children were seriously injured. The injured were immediately rushed to the hospital, where three of them died.
Police said the injured have been identified as residents of Bhandara district. At the same time, a case has been registered against the truck driver.
