Nagpur Police has suffered a major setback in the murder case of Bharatiya Janata Party leader Sana Khan. Narco test of main accused Amit Sahu was demanded in the court by Nagpur Police. The court has rejected this demand for narco test. In this regard, on August 28, Nagpur Police had filed an application in the court for narco test. Actually, Pappu Sahu, a criminal by profession, is repeatedly changing his statement during police interrogation. Due to this, instead of solving the case of Sana’s murder, it is getting complicated. Therefore, the police had demanded a narco test of Pappu before the court of First Class Judicial Magistrate, so that the truth could be known.
Let us tell you that the accused has confessed to the police that after killing Sana on August 2, he had thrown her body in the Hiran river of Madhya Pradesh. Therefore, a police team has gone to Jabalpur to find Sana’s body and mobile. However, Sana’s body has not been found yet. Because of this, the suspicion of the police has increased whether the accused is misleading. The police also have doubts whether Sana was murdered or not? If there was a murder then where is the body? If the murder has not happened then where have the accused kept Sana hidden? Today these questions have arisen before the police. To answer these questions, the police had demanded Shahu’s narco test. Meanwhile, the court has refused to allow the narco test keeping in view various legal aspects.
Let us tell you that the police have announced a reward of one lakh rupees for the person giving information by contacting the citizens living on the banks of the Narmada river and the incident site. Let us tell you that to prove the murder of Sana, the police needed many important evidences along with the dead body and mobile. Amit and his associates were to get maximum benefit if this was not available. Police officers and forensic experts had reached Jabalpur for investigation. The team visited Amit Sahu’s house at the spot and the spot where the body was thrown into the Hiran river. Blood samples have been taken from there, this blood was spread on the ground and at other places.
