Recently Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis met Amit Shah in Delhi. Criticizing the frequent visits of Eknath Shinde and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis to Delhi, Maharashtra Pradesh Congress Committee President Nana Patole has said that the Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra are puppets in the hands of their Delhi masters.

“The CM and DCM work only on the instructions of their bosses in Delhi. They cannot take any decision without their permission. Criticizing the frequent visits of both of them to Delhi, he said that they are puppets in the hands of their masters in Delhi and their one foot always remains in Delhi.

In conversation with journalists, Patole has fiercely attacked CM Shinde. It is now being speculated about the tour that he had gone to Delhi for cabinet expansion because he cannot take any decision without asking Delhi. There is no minister in many departments for almost a year, six-seven departments have one minister in charge and six districts have only one guardian minister, due to which the state administration has come to a standstill. Ministers cannot do justice to any department. People are upset due to the stoppage of the administration and disruption of work.

Patole also said that there is acute water shortage in many parts of the state, farmers are desperate, farmers are yet to get help for damages caused by unseasonal rains and hailstorms. The time has come for the farmers to throw their produce on the road, the cotton is still in the farmer’s house. But the Shinde government does not care about all these issues. They are only raising slogans and converting everything into an incident.
