Several meetings were held in Maharashtra for the last two weeks regarding the portfolios of the new ministers. The matter could not be resolved even after several meetings. After which the matter reached Delhi and now the matter has been resolved. Ministers of Ajit Pawar faction have been given their portfolios. Ajit Pawar will be given the Finance and Planning portfolio, which was currently held by Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
While Chhagan Bhujbal was given the food and supplies portfolio, which was held by BJP leader Ravindra Chavan. Along with this, Dilip Valse Patil has been made the Cooperative Minister. Earlier this department was with BJP leader Atul Save. Along with this, Medical Education has been entrusted to Hasan Mushrif. This portfolio was earlier held by BJP leader Girish Mahajan. Along with this, the help and rehabilitation department has been given to Anil Patil from Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.
On the other hand, Aditi Tatkare has been given the Ministry of Women and Child Development, which was earlier held by BJP leader Mangal Prabhat Lodha. Along with this, Dhananjay Munde has been made the new agriculture minister of the state, which was earlier held by Shiv Sena leader Abdul Sattar. Along with this, Sanjay Bansod was given the responsibility of Sports and Youth Welfare Department. Earlier this responsibility was with BJP leader Girish Mahajan. Whereas Dharmarao Atram has been given the Food and Drugs Department. It was previously held by Shiv Sena’s Sanjay Rathod.
