For some time, the ongoing turmoil in the politics of Maharashtra is not taking the name of ending. Recently news came that a secret meeting has taken place between NCP leader Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar, who have turned against each other. After the news of this meeting, many political speculations were being made. Now the statement of Maharashtra’s Deputy CM and BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis has also come to the fore at Sharad-Ajit’s meeting.
Talking to the media in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said that he was not aware of the meeting between Sharad-Ajit. He doesn’t have any information regarding whether the meeting has taken place or not, or for how long it has taken place, so he cannot tell anything.
Regarding the distribution of divisions and commissions in Maharashtra, Fadnavis said that he has formed a coordination committee. The coordination committee will decide the formula as to whom to give which board and commission. But as of now, nothing has happened.
It has been more than a month since Ajit Pawar came to power in Maharashtra. He rebelled against the NCP party on July 2 and joined the BJP-Shiv Sena. Along with Ajit, Chhagan Bhujbal, Dhananjay Munde and eight other NCP MLAs also took oath as ministers. If reports are to be believed, a meeting has now taken place between Ajit Pawar and Sharad Pawar at a businessman’s house. Both the leaders met and discussed for half an hour. Since the rebellion, the uncle-nephew have held several rounds of meetings. In such a situation, there is a lot of speculation going on in political circles regarding these meetings.
