According to a video, members of the two groups were throwing stones at one another, destroying cars, and raising a commotion in the streets. But according to authorities, everything are now under control.
The administration used Section 144 of the CrPC to issue a prohibitory order in response to the occurrence. Section 144 has been implemented in the city as a result of the violent fights, according to Akola Collector Neema Arora.
Police report that several vehicles were damaged by the mob’s violence.
According to reports, a sizable crowd marched to the Old City police station when a violent altercation developed after a little argument.
According to official reports, the rowdy crowd attacked a few nearby automobiles, and the police have begun using force to regain control of the situation.
Sandeep Ghuge, the SP for Akola, said that things are now under control. “Section 144 Prohibition Order has been imposed in Akola City on the order of District Collector,” he said.
This occurrence has been recorded twice in Akola. A violent altercation between two groups occurred a few days ago in the Akot File neighborhood of Shankar Nagar.
