One such video has gone viral from Bandra Terminus, in which some people are beating up a man while raising slogans of Jai Shri Ram. It is also being claimed in this video that the person being thrashed is a Muslim and he is driving a Hindu minor girl around. People told that because of this he is being thrashed. When this video went viral on social media today, Mumbai Police started tracing the video as this incident happened in the jurisdiction of GRP, therefore GRP has been informed about this.
According to police sources, this video is of July 21 and the person who is being thrashed is also a resident of the same area. Police is looking for all the people seen in this video. Police told that the minor girl because of whom all this incident took place is a resident of Ambernath. The girl was missing for a few days and when she was nowhere to be found, her family lodged a case of kidnapping (IPC 363) at the Ambernath police station.
People saw the missing girl with the young man at Bandra Terminus and then a mob of people caught both of them at Bandra Terminus and handed over the girl who was beaten up by the young man to Ambernath police station. When this video went viral, then the local police i.e. Nirmal Nagar police got information about this. After watching the video, the police have started investigation and are looking for the people seen in the video to arrest them.
