Mumbai University Publishes Its First Undergraduate Course Merit List At Mu.ac.in

The initial merit for enrolled applicants for different undergraduate programmes has been made public by Mumbai University. Candidates may check the initial merit list on mu.ac.in or on the websites of individual colleges. The documents of students who meet the requirements for the initial merit list may be submitted for online verification. Beginning on June 20, 2023, the verification procedure for the first merit list will go until 3 PM on June 27, 2023. Candidate submission of the annual fee will be the only step remaining in the verification procedure.

MUMBAI UNIVERSITY MERIT LIST CHECKING INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1: Go to the university’s official website, mu.ac.in

Step 2: Locate the “Undergraduate admission link” under the most recent announcements on the webpage.

3rd step: Click the link.

Step 4: A new website will appear and provide the first merit list for each institution associated with Mumbai University. Candidates must carefully examine their grades, institutions, and other variables.

Step 5: Continue the procedure after locating the required institution and finish the online verification process before June 27, 2023.

A STUDENT’S LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR ONLINE VERIFICATION

-A hard copy of the pre-enrolment form submitted at university registration

– Official Class 12 results

-A passport-size photograph. At least four images should be available to students.

-One copies of the grade report and passing certificate from class 10.

-Migration authorization

After the first merit list’s processing is complete, it is anticipated that the second merit list will be made public. The second merit list will be made public on June 28 at 7 PM, according to the Mumbai University’s official timetable. In certain circumstances, the deadline for online verification is July 5. On July 6 at 11 p.m., the third merit list will be made accessible. Accordingly, the KC College has issued the merit list. In the BA program, 68 seats have been designated for the general category with cutoffs ranging from 98.40 to 87.50 percent.

For the B. Com. program at HR College, 62 students from the general category and 52 from the Sindhi category were chosen.The general category cut-off ranges from 100 to 96 percent for undergraduate courses, while the Sindhi category ranges from 95.50 to 85 percent. An independent institution has also disclosed the cutoff for candidates to St. Xavier. According to the same, Christian students have a cut off in Arts courses of 84.67 percent, while the rate for other broad categories is 92.17 percent. For admission to St. Xavier College, applicants must go through an interview procedure.
