Devendra Fadnavis, the deputy chief minister of Maharashtra, and Union Minister Nitin Gadkari have renewed their attacks on Congressman Rahul Gandhi over his statements criticizing Hindutva philosopher V D Savarkar.
On Tuesday, Government Minister Gadkari congratulated Rahul Gandhi for providing the Party the chance to reach every home with Savarkar’s message.
“We owe Rahul Gandhi a debt of gratitude for allowing us the chance to introduce Savarkar and the truth to every home. Speaking to a crowd in Nagpur as part of the “Savarkar Gaurav Yatra,” Gadkari remarked that Rahul Gandhi should keep doing this.
Nitin Gadkari demanded an apology from Rahul Gandhi, claiming that he was unaware of what his grandparents Feroze and Indira Gandhi had said about Savarkar. “Savarkar was the one who demonstrated that Hindutva is a way of life. He overcame caste prejudice “Gadkari said.

During his speech to the audience at the “Savarkar Gaurav Yatra” closing event, Devendra Fadnavis blasted Rahul “in Nagpur, his birthplace.
