One Person Was Killed And Four Others Were Injured In A Tanker Explosion In Mumbai

One worker was killed and four others were injured in a bomb at Century Mills in Ulhasnagar, close to Mumbai. According to an official, the incident happened when a tanker burst on Saturday at a manufacturing facility in Maharashtra’s Thane district.

According to a PTI report that quoted authorities, the explosion happened at approximately 11:00 am in a nitrogen truck that was parked at a manufacturing facility in Shahad, Ulhasnagar.

The wounded employees were taken directly to a hospital, according to Yasin Tadvi, head of the TMC’s crisis management unit.

Shailendra Yadav, the dead employee, was identified and his corpse was submitted for a post-mortem.

The event location was the subject of a rescue effort, according to Ulhasnagar tehsildar Akshay Dhakne.

A police investigation into the event is now being conducted locally.

In a related event, two people perished on Friday when a boiler burst at an aluminum business in the Hazaribag region of Jharkhand, according to authorities.

The incident reportedly took place at a factory in the Katkamdag police station neighborhood’s Damodih hamlet.

“The explosion took place a little while after 1:00 pm. Two employees perished. However, the incident’s origin has not yet been determined. Manoj Ratan Chothe, superintendent of police, said that an inquiry was under progress.
