‘PM Modi Received Lokmanya Tilak Award, Said – Dedicated To 140 Crore Countrymen

Prime Minister Narendra Modi was honored with the Lokmanya Tilak Award at a function in Pune today. Receiving the award, PM Modi said that this is a memorable moment for him. He has decided to donate the prize money to the Namami Gange project. PM Modi said – ‘I dedicate this award to the 140 crore people of the country.’

In his address on the occasion, PM Modi said that the vision of ‘Vyavastha Nirman se Sanstha Nirman’, ‘Sanstha Nirman se Vyakti Nirman’, ‘Vyakti Nirman se Rashtra Nirman’ works like a roadmap for nation building. India today is following this roadmap with utmost devotion.

PM Modi in his address said that the role of Lokmanya Tilak in India’s independence, his contribution cannot be summed up in a few events and words. Referring to the achievements, he said that today there is a surplus in faith. Big changes have happened in the last 9 years. Today the country is relying on its people in every field.

He said that today India is becoming self-reliant. Earlier people had to worry about small things. He said that now a positive atmosphere is being created in the country. Today the world is looking at India as the future.
