Political Stir In Maharashtra, Sharad Pawar Met Chief Minister Eknath Shinde, Uddhav Thackeray Is On Foreign Tour

NCP supremo Sharad Pawar reached Chief Minister’s residence Varsha Bungalow to meet Eknath Shinde this evening. Eknath Shinde himself came out to welcome him. After this both the leaders went inside and the meeting between the two went on for about half an hour. For the first time after Eknath Shinde became the Chief Minister, Sharad Pawar went to his home and met him. It is worth noting that when this meeting took place between Sharad Pawar and Eknath Shinde, Uddhav Thackeray was abroad. After Sharad Pawar’s meeting with Eknath Shinde, industrialist Gautam Adani had reached Silver Oak to meet Sharad Pawar.

Sharad Pawar is said to have met Maharashtra Chief Minister Eknath Shinde on Thursday and invited him for the 75th foundation day celebrations of the Maratha Mandir Sangathan. Pawar is the president of the Mumbai-based Maratha Mandir Sanstha. Pawar said he held discussions with the chief minister to hold a meeting to resolve problems faced by artistes and people associated with the Marathi film industry and theatre.

Let us tell you that on one hand Sharad Pawar met Eknath Shinde and on the other hand Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has organized a meeting in Patna on June 12 to strengthen the opposition Grand Alliance. Leaders of different parties will participate in this meeting. Nitish Kumar is preparing to bring the opposition on a single platform. But there is still some rar in the opposition, the effect of which is being seen on this Grand Alliance. Nitish Kumar had met Congress Party National President Mallikarjun Kharge and Rahul Gandhi in Delhi in the past. After this he met West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.

Regarding this meeting, Nitish Kumar had said that it is necessary for all the opposition parties to come together. For this reason the meeting will be held soon. Uddhav Thackeray faction leader Sanjay Raut told that Nitish Kumar has called a meeting. Former Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and NCP Chief Sharad Pawar are going to attend this meeting. Along with this, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee can also attend this meeting. Rahul Gandhi is on a tour of America these days. In his speech here, he stressed on opposition unity and said that if the opposition unites then the BJP government at the Center can be defeated.
