Interior Minister Igor Klymenko said that two individuals were killed during a Russian missile strike on the city of Kryvyi Rig in central Ukraine on Monday morning.

Klymenko reported two attacks on Kryvyi Rig at 9:02 am (06:02 GMT), “almost in the center of the city,” on Telegram.

“Two persons died and 20 were wounded as of right now. After first stating that one person had been murdered, the minister said that between five and seven persons were buried beneath debris.

According to Klymenko, one of the hits damaged an educational facility while the other wrecked several levels of an apartment complex.

Volodymyr Zelensky, the president, shared a video on Facebook of a massive hole in a residential building’s front that was spewing black smoke.

A largely demolished non-residential structure is also seen in the video.

According to Zelensky, Russians “continue to terrorize peaceful cities and people.”
