Here’s how to make this quiche at home as well:

Warm up the oven. 250g of pastry is rolled out and used to line a pan.Baking beans are placed on top of the parchment paper-lined pastry pan.

For 15 minutes, bake this at 190 degrees Celsius.

Beat the milk, cream, eggs, herbs, and spices in a large basin.Prepare spinach by chopping it very finely.

Spread half of the grated cheese in the blind-baked quiche foundation.

Add the spinach, wide beans, and tarragon at this point.

The milk-egg mixture should then be poured over the filling.

Add the remaining cheese on top. At 160 degrees C, bake the quiche for around 20 minutes.

Cut it into pieces after it is gently browned and serve.
