SRH Vs RCB: It Doesn’t Matter… Kohli Said This After Winning The Match Against Sunrisers Hyderabad!

Royal Challengers Bangalore star batsman Virat Kohli scored his sixth IPL century in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad on Thursday night. On the basis of his century, RCB defeated Hyderabad by 8 wickets. He became the man of the match. Captain Faf du Plessis (71) along with Kohli’s century (100) helped RCB chase down the target of 187 with four balls to spare.

Kohli has often been criticized for his slow start this season. However, Kohli scored 32 runs in 20 balls in the powerplay of the match and completed his century in 62 balls. When Kohli was asked if his poor record against SRH (having previously scored 569 runs in 20 matches at 31.61 against SRH) was on his mind? To this Kohli insisted that such things do not matter.

Kohli also said that he prefers to rely on his technique and will never go for fancy shots. He said, I was telling the boys that the way I am seen is fine. I don’t pay attention to criticisms and past records. This is my sixth IPL century. He said, I have already put myself under a lot of stress. I don’t care what anyone outside says, because it’s their opinion. It is like When you are in that position yourself, you know how to win a game of cricket and I did that for a long time. It’s not that I don’t win for my team. I am proud.
