On Monday, the remains of a family of four were discovered within their $2.1 million residence in San Mateo, California. Following a welfare check at the residence, law enforcement officials discovered the mortal remains of an Indian American couple along with their twins. According to the Daily Mail, acquaintances of the family identified them on Tuesday as Anand Sujith Henry, an engineer from California, 37; Alize Benziger, 38; and their sons Noah and Neithan, both aged 4.
The couple was discovered deceased with gunshot wounds in one of the restrooms, according to authorities. According to the publication, a 9mm pistol and a loaded magazine were discovered beside them. The bodies of their children were discovered in one of the chambers on a couch in the interim. Before committing suicide, Henry allegedly shot his wife and two children, according to sources who spoke to KTVU.

Alize Benziger and Anand Sujith Henry were both mentioned.
Henry was a former manager of software engineering at Google and Meta, according to available records. Benziger, his spouse, was a manager of data science at Zillow at the time. The divorce petition they submitted in 2016 was never finalised. In 2020, the couple, both of whom were natives of India, moved into their multimillion-dollar residence in California.
NBC Bay Area was informed by sources investigating the murder-suicide case that the children were murdered in a distinct fashion. Detectives believe they were “suffocated, strangled, or given a lethal overdose” due to the absence of any signs of trauma on their corpses, according to the source.
The officers issued a statement describing the investigation and crime site.
Nevertheless, a definitive resolution has yet to be achieved, as the San Mateo Police Department has affirmed that an investigation into the startling incident is presently in progress. The department posted a statement on Facebook claiming that when they arrived at the house, there was “no response.”
Officers entered the residence after discovering an unlocked window and discovered the remains of four individuals: one adult male, one adult female, and two deceased children. “Unfortunately, the remains of the two children were discovered in a bedroom.” “At this time, the cause of death remains under investigation.”
“Deaths of the male and female were discovered within the lavatory, suffering from gunshot wounds.” Additionally, a loaded 9mm magazine and pistol were discovered in the lavatory, according to the statement. “We are certain that the responsible party was present within the residence, so this appears to be an isolated incident that does not pose a threat to the public,” according to the information at this time.
The statement continues, “As detectives continue to gather evidence, interview family members and witnesses, and determine a possible motive,” “this investigation continues.”
