In a blog post published on Thursday, Google for firms Accelerator announced that it is now accepting submissions for its ninth cohort, which will concentrate on firms that use AI exclusively.
Until August 22, 2023, Indian entrepreneurs with funding ranging from Seed to Series A may apply for the three-month program, according to the statement.
Google said that it was seeking Indian businesses that were “AI first” and “working across different sectors to solve complex problems and tackle the toughest challenges in their industry.”
The selected firms, according to the statement, will be mentored and trained on product, design, growth, and leadership development.
According to Google, the seventh class of the accelerator program, which includes 20 Seed to Series A businesses including LimeChat, Quroz, and Swasthya AI, has been running since June 2023.
The program concludes with a “Demo Day” when businesses may increase their exposure within the ecosystem, according to the statement.
The Google for Startups alumni network allows founders to continue receiving help once the program is over, the firm said.
According to the statement, the Google for businesses Accelerator: India is an equity-free program for Indian technology businesses that use AI and ML.
