Mohan Bhagwat, the head of the RSS, arrived at this temple town on Tuesday as part of a five-day visit to attend a meeting of the biggest temples in the globe. On July 22, according to Sangh sources, he will attend the conference’s opening ceremony at the Rudraksh Convention Center in this city.
More than 400 temple heads from 26 nations will attend the conference, which will take place from July 22 to July 24. On July 22, the Sangh leader will address the group’s first meeting.
During his five-day visit to Varanasi, according to the sources, Bhagwat will meet with leaders of temples and mutts in and around Kashi. On July 19, he will go to Mirzapur, and on July 20, he will go to Hathiyamath in Ghazipur. On July 21, they claimed, he would also go to Devrahwa Baba’s ashram in Mirzapur.
