A state transport bus overturned in Ghat section of Maharashtra’s Buldhana district, injuring around 10 passengers on board. An official has informed about this incident on Tuesday. It is being told that the accident happened due to brake failure of the bus.
Police said that at around 9.45 am on Tuesday morning, the bus carrying 56 passengers going from Malkapur to Buldhana overturned in the ghat section. The officer said, “When the bus was going up hill in the Rajur Ghat section, its brakes failed and it overturned.
Police said that around 10 passengers were injured in the incident, who have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. He said that after getting the information, the police reached the spot and took stock of the incident. The bus belonged to the Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC).
Bus overturned in nashik ditch
After the Buldhana bus fire incident, a bus accident also came to light in Maharashtra’s Nashik district. The accident took place near Saptashringi Ghat. The passengers in the bus were returning after after visiting the temple when the driver lost control of the bus. In no time, the bus fell into a deep gorge several feet deep. A passenger had died in this accident. While many people were seriously injured. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the guardian minister of the district Dada Bhuse also reached the spot.
