A shocking incident has come to light from Nagpur city of Maharashtra. A father kidnapped his own son. Yes, while giving information about the matter on August 8 (Tuesday), the police said that a man kidnapped his three-year-old son from his estranged wife in broad daylight in Tulsi Nagar area of Nagpur city.
Police said the woman was riding a two-wheeler with her son when a car stopped in front of her, from which the woman’s husband and his companion got down. Both snatched the boy and ran away from there. After the incident, the woman immediately reached the Shanti Nagar police station and lodged a complaint of kidnapping, the official said.
The police further said that a search operation has been launched and a team has been sent to the house of the accused in Khandwa in neighboring Madhya Pradesh. The woman, a resident of Shanti Nagar, had married the accused in 2019. She was later physically tortured by her husband and his family members. The woman lodged a complaint with the Khandwa police and returned to Nagpur with her son, the official said. Police said the situation worsened when the accused sent a divorce notice to his wife and expressed his intention to snatch their child.
