During a ceremony at the Presidential Palace in Nairobi, Salem Ibrahim Al Naqbi handed President William Samoei Ruto his credentials as the UAE’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to Kenya.
Al Naqbi sent President Ruto greetings from UAE President Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as their best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the Kenyan government and people during the reception.
For his part, President Ruto sent greetings to the UAE’s President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court, His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan. He also wished the UAE’s government and people continued growth and prosperity.
The UAE Ambassador was wished well in his efforts to strengthen connections between the two nations, and President Ruto emphasized that his nation was prepared to provide any assistance necessary to make his job easier.
The ambassador underlined his delight in representing the UAE in Kenya and his eagerness to keep advancing ties between the two friendly countries in a variety of areas.
