A complaint has been filed with the Election Commission on behalf of Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader Sharad Pawar. In this, Sharad Pawar has said that there is no rift in the party. The party has written to the Election Commission in its official statement that some people have betrayed the party for their personal interests. If we leave them aside, our party is absolutely strong. The entire party is united with party President Sharad Pawar.
It has been written in this reply that, Ajit Pawar’s opinion is different from the ideology of the party and he has made a claim on the party before the Election Commission without any legal ground. This reply has been filed by the party in the Election Commission on September 7. In a dramatic development on July 2, the NCP along with a number of MLAs joined the government led by Chief Minister Eknath Shinde. Since then, leaders of both groups are made their respective claims on NCP. This fight has reached the Election Commission. Later, it was also said by Ajit Pawar’s faction that it was Sharad Pawar’s decision to join the Shiv Sena and BJP-led government.
Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) has shared on social media the reply given to the Election Commission. In this, the party has written that Satyamev Jayate! This claim by NCP Sharad Pawar comes after the claim by Ajit Pawar faction. On September 5, Ajit Pawar faction leader Sunil Tatkare claimed that the Election Commission of India (ECI) would give its seal of approval to his faction’s decision to join the Maharashtra government.
MP Tatkare said that the ECI will give its seal of approval to our decision to join the state government. This decision was taken by many top leaders of the Nationalist Congress Party. We have informed the ECI as well as the Lok Sabha Speaker about our decision. Tatkare had given this reply when asked about the possible reaction of the Commission on the different stances of NCP founder Sharad Pawar and Ajit Pawar.
