Apple unveiled its premium iPhone 15 series on Tuesday, including four models: the iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro, and 15 Pro Max. The ‘Make in India’ iPhone 15 will be offered for the first time starting on September 22 when it goes on sale worldwide. The non-pro versions will include Dynamic Island for the first time and increased brightness in addition to being powered by the A16 bionic chip. The new A17 Pro chip will, however, be included in the Pro versions, and the new action button will take the place of the mute switch.
The inclusion of a USB-C connection for charging, a standard seen on many Android phones, is the biggest change to iPhones this year.
The Apple Watch series 9, on the other hand, has a double-tap capability that enables users to effortlessly operate the watch with only one hand and without touching the display. By squeezing together the index finger and thumb of the watch hand twice, users may now answer and finish calls, change music, pause a timer, snooze an alarm, navigate among widgets, and do so much more. The firm also announced the Apple Watch Ultra 2, which is constructed mostly of recyclable materials and features the same S9 SiP, precision finding, and second-generation ultra wide band processor.
The business hasn’t yet provided any information on iOS 17, although it will probably do so soon.
