Aman in Nagpur, Maharastra, died after reportedly receiving a smack from an SRPF jawan following a dispute about the latter’s vehicle’s lights. On Thursday night, the event occurred in Nagpur’s Mata Mandir neighborhood.
Accused Due to the fact that his sister resided nearby, Nikhil Gupta (30) was visiting. Muralidhar Ramraoji Neware, a victim and a resident in the same neighborhood, was hit in the face by the car’s headlight beam as he was parking it. He is 54 years old.
According to the police, Neware reportedly asked Gupta to adjust the light beam respectfully, but the SRPF jawan became enraged and the two got into a fight.
Gupta hit Neware hard, and he fell on the ground. He was taken urgently to the Government Medical College and Hospital, where he later passed away, according to the official.
According to Indian Penal Code Section 304 (homicide not amounting to murder), the police have filed a case against Gupta, the source said.
