In the approaching 2024 Lok Sabha election, political expert Prashant Kishor stated that it is highly improbable that the BJP will win 370 seats on its own. Prashant Kishor stated in an interview with Times Now that he would be shocked if the BJP were to win 370 seats in the Lok Sabha on its own since the chances are currently extremely slim to nonexistent. “In Parliament, Prime Minister Narendra Modi has discussed this figure. However, I believe that this is merely an aim for BJP employees, not a prospect,” Prashant Kishor stated about the impending election.
For the first time in Parliament, Narendra Modi brought up the number 370 about Article 370, which his administration repealed in a historic decision during his second term. He said that the BJP would win 370 seats on its own and the NDA would surpass 400 seats. PM Modi then reiterated the goal of 370 seats at numerous rallies that he spoke at.
“The BJP has a good chance of succeeding in Bengal. In Tamil Nadu, the BJP might reach double digits for the first time. The BJP will also perform well in Telangana, according to Prashant Kishor.
Sandeshkhali-related problems will undoubtedly hurt the ruling party. But the BJP is growing in Bengal, whether or not Sandeshkhali is present. According to Prashant Kishor, the election results in 2024 will surprise many people in Delhi who think the BJP is over in Bengal.
“If PM Modi returns for a third term, India will not turn into China.”
According to Prashant Kishor, democratic institutions will continue to deteriorate if the BJP wins the 2024 election, but this will happen regardless of the party. Citing Indira Gandhi as an example, Prashant Kishor stated that the democratic fabric of society is undermined if any one or group gains significant influence. India won’t turn into China, but there will be more indications of autocratic leadership. However, Prashant stated that the opposition is in charge of 15 states.
“If Rahul Gandhi can spend seven days in Europe…
According to Prashant Kishor, the India bloc started late and should have completed the tasks they are now undertaking last year. “The India bloc did not even work for seven or ten days last year. Why didn’t the bloc work for even that much last year, if Rahul Gandhi could travel to Europe for seven days? Prashant Kishor said that the INDIA bloc must now look beyond the 2024 election.
