Salman Khan, an actor who has been in the spotlight for the last several weeks, has now received another death threat, this one coming from a guy in Rajasthan. The actor received a death threat on April 30, according to the Mumbai Police, who also verified the incident. The situation is the subject of an inquiry at the moment. The threat was made on Monday, the same day Salman and his cast mates debuted the “Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan” teaser in Mumbai.
“In a phone made to the police control room yesterday, a guy from Jodhpur, Rajasthan, who went by the name Roki Bhai, vowed to murder superstar Salman Khan on April 30. Additional inquiries are being conducted, the Mumbai Police said on Tuesday, according to the news agency ANI.
Salman has, however, before faced threats against his life. A 21-year-old guy was detained in connection with Salman’s threat letter last month. A Bandra Police squad detained Dhakadram Ramlal Siyag in Jodhpur in March. A police officer informed news organisation PTI at the time. “Our investigation revealed that he also wrote a threat email to the late singer Sidhu Moosewala’s father. In conjunction with this, a case has been opened at the Punjabi police station in Mansa. Additionally, the Sardarpura police station has filed an Arms Act complaint against Siyag.
He had previously said, “We will look into whether he had any part in prior threats received by (Salman) Khan, including a case filed in 2022 against criminals Goldy Brar, Lawrence Bishnoi, and others.
For those who are unaware, Lawrence and Goldy are accused of planning the murder of Sidhu Moose Wala, a musician Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, in May 2022. Salman also reportedly received a threat email from them warning that he will “end up like Sidhu Moose Wala.”
Since that time, the Mumbai police have provided the actor with Y-category protection.
