Meanwhile, stormy rains continue in the state. Today there is a warning of stormy rain in Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha. In the rest of the state, the Meteorological Department has predicted rain with lightning. A thunderstorm warning has been issued in the state from today. Yellow alert has been given in Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur, Solapur areas of central Maharashtra.
Along with this, there is a possibility of rain in Dharashiv and Latur areas of Marathwada. Along with this, alert has also been sounded in Buldhana, Amravati, Wardha, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli districts of Vidarbha. Citizens are facing trouble due to the scorching heat. In 24 hours till Friday morning, the temperature in Brahmapuri including Chandrapur was 43 degrees.
The temperature has reached 42 degrees in Wardha, 41 degrees in Solapur, Amravati, Nagpur. At the same time, in the rest of the state, the maximum temperature has risen to between 36 and 41 degrees. The cyclonic circulation at a height of 3.1 km above mean sea level persists over Southwest Rajasthan and adjoining areas. Due to this additional condition, a warning of rain with strong wind, thunder and lightning has been issued for Madhya Maharashtra, Marathwada, Vidarbha today.
