A 72-year-old man passed away in a Mumbai swimming pool when someone leapt on him from above, according to a police officer. The event happened on Sunday night at the Ozon pool in the Goregaon district.
According to the official, a 20-year-old guy leaped into the pool from a height while the dead, Vishnu Samant, was swimming.
Samant had damage to his neck and other bodily parts. Upon arriving at a neighbouring hospital, he was pronounced dead. A case has been filed against the 20-year-old guy under Indian Penal Code Section 304-A (causing death by carelessness) as a result of his wife’s allegation, he added.
