On Thursday, Indians should not “suffer” from a slave mindset, according to Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
After returning to the nation after a foreign trip to Australia, Modi was greeted warmly by BJP members and supporters.
PTI quotes Modi as saying: “He speaks confidently of India’s and its people’s strengths abroad and the world listens because people here elected a majority government.”
According to the newspaper, he said that international leaders are aware that what he says represents the opinions of India’s 140 crore citizens.
The obstacles are great. However, it is in my nature to confront difficulties, he reportedly remarked.
He stated that there are growing expectations from the nation internationally.
During the visit, PM Modi talked about the respect that Pacific islanders showed for India and expressed their gratitude for sending them COVID-19 vaccinations during the epidemic, according to the article.
“Remember, this is the country where Gandhi and Buddha were born. We are the people who are motivated by compassion, and we care even about our adversaries,” he said.
“All the leaders and other persons I met were enthralled and impressed by how well India presided over the G20. All Indians should be really proud of this, Modi stated.
