The Sustainable Equity Fund and Dynamic Advantage Fund new fund offerings (NFOs) have been made available by Tata AIA Life Insurance at net asset values (NAVs) of Rs 10 per unit. According to a press release from Tata AIA Life Insurance, the NFOs began trading on March 18, 2023.
The Sustainability Equity Fund, according to Tata AIA Life Insurance, would invest in businesses that use sustainable or ESG-friendly methods in an effort to provide capital appreciation over the long term. Following ESG criteria, the fund will invest 80–100% in stock and equity-related products and up to 20% in other equity, debt, or money market instruments.
According to the fund’s guiding principles, Tata AIA Life Insurance will plant a tree that is geo-tagged and provide each policyholder who invests in the fund a digital certificate of the same.
According to Tata AIA Life Insurance, the Dynamic Advantage Fund of Tata AIA would dynamically divide the investment corpus between equities and debt, depending on market circumstances, and strive to provide a better and stable return despite market volatility.
The insurer claims that customers can purchase investments in the two NFOs through the Fortune Pro, Wealth Pro, Fortune Maxima, and Wealth Maxima unit-linked insurance plans (Ulips) of Tata AIA Life Insurance as well as other investment-linked protection products like Param Rakshak and Sampoorna Raksha Supreme.
According to Tata AIA Life Insurance, the two products would provide customers access to market-linked profits while simultaneously providing life insurance protection for their loved ones.
