The police said on Monday (June 26) that a complaint had been filed against a Bangladeshi lady for allegedly operating a drone in a ‘no drone zone’ region close to Akshardham Temple in East Delhi.
Momo Mustafa, a 33-year-old lady from Dhaka who is now in India on a tourist visa, was recognised as the woman.
Police arrived at the location where it was claimed the lady was using the drone legally and with authorization from the authorities.
She did so in violation of section 188 IPC, according to the authorities.
She violated section 188 of the IPC because she was operating a drone without authorization in a Drone Zone. As a result, a case has been opened at PS-Mandawali under Section 188 of the IPC, and additional investigation has begun, according to the police.
According to the authorities, the lady has a photographic company in Bangladesh.
In May 2023, she received a tourist visa valid for six months. She arrived in India on June 25, 2023. On 5/7/23, she will return, according to the police.
