Lord Shiva is worshiped in this temple as Harihara, in which Shiva and Vishnu are seated in a combined form. The temple is built in Kalinga and Deul styles. The Lingaraj Temple is divided into four parts, which include the Garbha Griha, Yagya Shala, Bhog Mandap and Natyashala.
Konark Sun Temple
If you go to Orissa, definitely visit Konark. The Sun Temple of Konark is one of the seven wonders of India. Tourists come from far to see the carvings of this temple. The temple has been included in the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Lord Suryanarayana is enshrined in the Sun Temple Konark.
