Rajya Sabha MP and Shiv Sena’s Thackeray faction leader Sanjay Raut has verbally attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP. Sanjay Raut claimed through tweet that BJP is going to lose in Karnataka assembly elections. Along with this, Raut also targeted Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde.
Sanjay Raut tweeted, “The people of Karnataka are voting today. Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah spent a lot of money and sweat in the Karnataka elections, but the BJP is going to lose in this election, which is a good sign before 2024.”
Taking a dig at Eknath Shinde in the tweet, Raut further wrote, “The ruler (CM) of Maharashtra who calls himself Shiv Sena conspired to defeat the Maharashtra Integration Committee in the border areas. Sent boxes (money) to Belagavi via Mangalore to defeat candidates. This is betrayal of Maharashtra.”
Even before this, Sanjay Raut has targeted Maharashtra CM Eknath Shinde’s election campaign in Karnataka. Sanjay Raut had said that Eknath Shinde is stabbing Marathi people by promoting BJP. Raut wrote that Eknath Shinde is working on defeating the candidates of Ekta Samiti in the border areas. Shinde is the enemy of Maharashtra. Balasaheb would have expelled Shinde from Shiv Sena for this act.
