It has recently been revealed that one year after being killed in Canada, Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar gave financial support to well-known Canadian politician Jagmeet Singh and his New Democratic Party (NDP).
Investigative journalist Mocha Bezirgan disclosed the revelations on Thursday, July 5, in a piece on X, formerly Twitter. A well-known supporter of Khalistani politics, Jagmeet Singh, received the contribution from Nijjar in 2017.
Records from Elections Canada indicate that in 2017, Jagmeet Singh and the NDP received donations from Hardeep Nijjar, whose postal code was V3W 0J4. According to LinkedIn data, a quick Google search indicated that the postal code is connected to Nijjar Plumbing & Heating Ltd., Nijjar’s plumbing business, where his son Mehtab Nijjar works, Berizrgan noted.
Remarkably, in 2017, Jagmeet Singh, the head of the New Democratic Party, declined to denounce Air India bomber Talwinder Singh Parmar.
Investigative reporter Mocha Bezirgan claims that terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar sent money to Singh a few days after the latter declined to condemn terrorist Talwinder Singh Parmar.
He said that regardless of whether they are Liberal, Conservative, or NDP, “Elections Canada records show that various Khalistan supporters and Gurdwara managers make donations to politicians with family ties to the World Sikh Organisation.”

Who is Hardeep Singh Nijjar?
A contentious individual was Hardeep Singh Nijjar. The Indian government labelled him a terrorist who supported Khalistani ideology. On June 18, 2023, he perished in what may have been a gang war.
However, the Indian government and agents, according to the Canadian authorities, killed him. Notably, the Lawrance Bishnoi Gang was connected to four of the people who were detained in May 2024 in connection with his murder case.
The leader of the Sikh separatist movement, Nijjar, promoted the idea of Khalistan, a distinct Sikh homeland. He served as the Guru Nanak Gurdwara’s leader and was a resident of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada.
India has charged Nijjar with connection with multiple violent crimes, including an attempted murder in 2021 and the bombing of a Ludhiana movie theatre in 2007. He has been linked to the attempted assassination of Hindu leader Kamaldeep Sharma by the National Investigation Agency.
In 2015, Indian authorities apprehended Mandeep Singh Dhaliwal, a native of Surrey. It came to light a few days later that he was connected to a Canadian Khalistani terror training camp. During questioning by Punjab police, he admitted that Nijjar had instructed him to attack sect leaders and that he had plans to commit acts of terror within Punjab. In addition, he disclosed to the authorities that he was coordinating with a fellow terrorist to obtain weapons and ammunition from Pakistan.
The Globe and Mail spoke with two Dhaliwal associates. Under the condition of anonymity, they disclosed that Dhaliwal participated in an armour training programme in 2015. Five more extreme Sikhs received training at those camps as well. Nijjar taught them how to use GPS and firearms. They also practiced target shooting at three different Lower Mainland locations and learned how to communicate safely.
Nijjar was also connected to Arshdeep Singh Gill, aka Arsh Dala, a former thug who turned terrorist. He is the leader of the Dala Lakhbir gang, which bases its extortion network in Punjab on Canada.
