A Mumbai court ordered the suspect to remain in police custody till April 3 in connection with the threat letter case against Bollywood superstar Salman Khan.
Dhakad Ram, the accused, resides in Luni, a town in Rajasthan’s Jodhpur district. On March 26, he was taken into custody and handed over to Mumbai Police.
Defendant was given a seven-day police hold.
The accused, who is 21 years old, reportedly threatened Salman Khan in an email by saying that he will “end up like Sidhu Moose Wala.”
According to reports, the Mumbai police also learned that the defendant had previously been prosecuted under sections 3 and 25 of the Rajasthani Arms Act as well as sections 384 and 506 of the Indian Criminal Code for sending an email threatening the father of the late Punjabi musician Sidhu Moose Wala.
You may remember that a week ago, the Bandra Police filed a police report (FIR) against mobster Lawrence Bishnoi and his friends Goldie Brar and Rohit for threatening actor Prashant Gunjalkar in an email. A complaint was filed in accordance with IPC sections 506(2), 120(b), and 34.
Salman has not yet made an official remark on the whole incident, and according to rumors, he is not even currently in Bombay.

Now, the actor is preparing for the release of his much anticipated movie Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which also stars Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill, Raghav Juyal, Bhumika Chawla, Palak Tiwari, and others.
