Prime Minister Narendra Modi signaled the departure of the Vande Bharat trains on February 10 at Mumbai’s Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminal. The Mumbai-Solapur-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express and the Mumbai-Sainagar Shirdi-Mumbai Vande Bharat Express are the ninth and tenth Vande Bharat trains in the country, respectively.
The huge popularity of these trains has inspired the Railways to provide modern, luxurious, and fast transportation to its respected passengers. “Vande Bharat Express Trains are a mirror of India’s speed and magnitude,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi declared.
The Vande Bharat trains connect economic hubs like Mumbai and Pune to places of worship, making travel for school, work, business, pilgrimage, and agricultural purposes more convenient. PM Modi claimed that the new Vande Bharat trains will make it simpler to travel to holy locations such as Shirdi, Nasik, Trimbakeshwar, and Panchvati, which will boost both economic and religious growth.
