Salad of Mexican Vegetables
INGREDIENTS
FOR CLOTHING:
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
freshly cut coriander
Garlic, minced, two cloves
2 teaspoons of oregano
Lemon juice, 3 teaspoons
3/4 tsp. cumin powder
1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes
POUR A SALAD:
200 g of lettuce
3/4 tomatoes
1/4 cup of corn
Beans, half a cup, boiling
Little bell peppers, two
STEPS:
Olive oil, coriander, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, cumin powder, and chilli flakes should all be combined in a glass and well whisked.
Cut the lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, corn, and kidney beans that have been cooked. Toss the ingredients with the dressing.
The mouthwatering Mexican salad is prepared for serving.
Tofu Stir-Fry
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of olive oil
200 g of tofu
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1 cup broccoli
Eight to ten buttoned mushrooms
Sesame Seeds 2 teaspoons
120 g of brown rice, cooked
STEPS
Pour some olive oil into a skillet.
Saute the tofu till it becomes golden.
Sauté for a minute after adding some soy sauce.
For a few more minutes, add the broccoli, mushrooms, and soy sauce.
Including sesame seeds.
Brown rice should now be served with your tofu.
Basil Zucchini Noodles
INGREDIENTS
2 zucchini
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 tomato
1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes
pepper and salt to taste
1 cup fresh basil
STEPS
Create zucchini spirals.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the spiralized zucchini.
Sliced tomatoes are then mixed with the garlic for one minute.
Stir in the chilli flakes, salt, and pepper.
Add some freshly torn basil and spin it around!
Italian Minestrone Soup with vegetables
INGREDIENTS
2 tablespoons of olive oil
one sliced onion
Cubed 1 carrot
handful of celery
Two tablespoons of tomato paste
If desired, add black pepper and salt.
1 clove of garlic
1 teaspoon of oregano
Thyme 1/4 teaspoon
one bay leaves
1/4 teaspoon of chilli flakes
STEPS
In a kettle, warm some olive oil.
Add chopped celery, carrot, onion, and tomato paste along with a dash of salt.
7 to 10 minutes of cooking
Add thyme, oregano, and garlic. for 2 minutes, stir
Salt, bay leaves, and chilli flakes should be added.
Use black pepper to season. Serve warm.
