Divya Pahuja, who was 27 years old and was accused of being involved in the purported fake encounter of the notorious mobster Sandeep Gadoli, was fatally shot on Wednesday in a hotel room that was located close to the Gurugram bus terminal. She had been held in detention for over seven years in connection with the murder case of a gangster, but she had been released on bail.
Pahuja, who had been detained for over seven years in connection with Gadoli’s killing, was released on bail. He was a resident of Baldev Nagar, which is located in Gurugram’s Sector 7. On February 7, 2016, the gangster was carried out to death inside a hotel in Mumbai. According to the Mumbai Police, Gadoli received assistance from his girlfriend, Pahuja, in order to be enticed into entering the hotel by the police officers. In addition, the police stated that Virendra Kumar, also known as Binder Gujjar, was the leader of a rival gang and was reportedly involved in a plot to eliminate Gadoli with officers from the Haryana Police.

After conducting a thorough search of the hotel’s closed-circuit television system, the crew discovered film of two individuals dragging a body that was wrapped in a bed sheet towards the main entrance of the hotel, prior to loading it into a blue BMW.

- According to the allegations made by the police, Pahuja was attempting to blackmail Singh. The individual reported to the authorities that Pahuja had some of his personal images in her hands and that she had begun blackmailing him not long after she was released from custody.
- “Singh disclosed that on Tuesday evening, he met her in a room in his hotel and attempted to delete the images from her phone. However, he was unable to access the phone because it was locked with a password. Since this resulted in a heated altercation, Singh ended up shooting her to death, according to ACP Kumar.
- Additionally, two of Singh’s employees, Hemraj and Om Prakash, have been taken into custody by the Gurugram Police Department in connection with the investigation. They have not yet located the corpse of the deceased.
