In two incidents that occurred back-to-back on the ISKCON flyover on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar (SG) highway in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, at least nine persons perished.
People apparently gathered when an SUV crashed a dumper, and a fast luxury automobile plowed over them. In the disaster, nine people—including a police officer—lost their lives.
A throng allegedly gathered on the road when an SUV struck a dumper from behind. When a speeding luxury automobile slammed into the throng, several of the inquisitive bystanders were attempting to aid the wounded.
The Ahmedabad city police control reports that nine persons were murdered and 13 were injured.
According to police, the incident happened at around 1:15 am on the ISKCON overpass on the Sarkhej-Gandhinagar (SG) route.
According to reports, a large number of individuals were thrown roughly 20 to 25 feet away from the area as the luxury automobile plowed into the throng.
