Ajit Pawar, the head of the nationalist Congress party, said that the Eknath Shinde administration in Maharashtra was wasting money on 40 Shiv Sena MLAs while 105 Bharatiya Janata Party MPs were still dissatisfied.
When his uprising toppled the Uddhav Thackeray-led Maha Vikas Aghadi administration, in which Pawar served as deputy CM, Shinde was elected chief minister in June of last year with the backing of the BJP.
Pawar, who also had the finance position in the Previous administration, alluded to disquiet among BJP MLAs on Monday by saying that money was being utilized for Shiv Sena MLAs.
“Funds are being blown to support 40 MLAs. Whether this is a government made up of only 40 of the 288 MLAs is up for debate. Even the 105 BJP lawmakers are upset. Despite their silence, there is a lot of discomfort. They deal with several issues. According to Pawar, the Assembly’s Leader of the Opposition, “and they are advised to be patient because it is better than sitting in the opposition.
